This course covers federal and state laws that protect persons from discrimination, underlying laws that govern Georgia-Landlord Tenant laws, rights of disabled tenants, reasonable accommodation of disabled tenants, review of lead-based paint disclosures, and initiating the rental application Process (such as Accepting Applications & Screening Tenants) to the Signing of the Lease.

This course covers common issues that occur after a lease has signed such as repair/maintenance issues, visitor occupancy, subletting, non-payments, lease termination, security deposits, eviction procedures, tenancy under foreclosure situations, and military service member exceptions.
